Double your entry options
Want to add a convenient security solution to a side entrance, basement door, or interior room? The Assure Lever from Yale is designed specifically for those types of single-hole doors — in other words, doors without deadbolts. The lock can store up to 25 unique entry codes chosen by you. These codes are between 4 and 8 digits, and they can be created or removed at any time using the keypad.
Yale's Real Living Lever Lock comes in your choice of three colors: satin nickel (shown), oil rubbed bronze, and polished brass.
The backlit keypad on this version has actual buttons, which I love. Use your unique code to unlock the door. Then press any button to lock it as you leave. The lock also includes two keys — great for members of the household who might prefer the more traditional approach.
If you want similar functionality for a door
with
a deadbolt, check out this version.
You can make it smarter, if you want
The Assure Lever on its own is a great way to add coded entry to your home. But it's also compatible with Yale's Network Modules if you want to add smart home integration. Modules for Z-Wave® or Connected By August (sold separately) are simply inserted into the interior side of the lock.
Adding a network module also increases your possible pin options from 25 to 250. If that sounds cool, you can pick up this kit with the Connect By August module included.
