    We have found the best wildcrafted sumac in Syria. Unlike others, we never add oil or fillers to it. Ours is extremely fresh. We source in small batches so you get the freshest, best tasting sumac possible.
    Sumac is a great alternative to salt. It's the traditional topping for hummus, and can be used like salt and sprinkled on top of your dishes to bring out the flavor of your food.
    Note for people sensitive to salt: Our farmers DO NOT dry the sumac with salt, like most do. Instead they dry the sumac in the sun, then ship to us in small batches right away. Our sumac does not sit on boats or in warehouses for months, like others do. You will be getting extremely fresh sumac. Please note sumac cannot be labelled as certified organic because it is wildcrafted.
