    Upon inspection of the device,
    I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
    The ceramic hotplate shows heavy signs of use.
    I was able to power on the device.
    I was able to place a metal object on the hotplate.
    I was able to stir the object using the Stir knob (see pictures #2-4). I was able to vary the speed of the stirring with the Stir knob.
    The Latest Temp button gives a temperature reading.
    I then determined that the Heat knob does not work. The hotplate heats up while the heat knob is turned off.
    I could not control the temperature of the hotplate with the Heat knob.
    No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
    The device is sold as is for parts, repair or as a non-working item.
