    In the days before air conditioning, hand fans were a summertime staple in churches....this woven fan was distributed to local churches in Brodheadsville, Monroe County, Pa by Hamm's Funeral Home. Measures about 13" tall and about 10 1/2" wide. Probably 1950s or so. Text reads: This fan is the property of the Church Compliments of Hamm Funeral Home Brodheadsville PA Phone 48R2
