It is full detailed figurine of a traditional Chinoiseries composition
which is depicting a crane or stork   standing on top of a tortoise or turtle
The tortoise symbolize longevity and crane symbolize fortune...
Very nice  elegant figurine or  nice paperweight while you have a great
a small piece charm  collectible ...
Measures  8.3/8  inches high  by   5.1/8  inches length  on bottom  by
4.3/8 inches D. on bottom.   It weight   1.13  LBS
This is item appeal to be old with some shown of wear and small
scratches, some discoloration or fade areas on metal  otherwise it looks great...
