This is a nice vintage antique Queen City Silver Co. Cincinnati, Ohio silver plated Art Nouveau style 5 light candelabra. It is marked Presented by Ladies Auxuliary of the Banal Zion Congregation. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with some mino wear seen in the last 2 pics and it comes exactly as shown. It measures 13 1/2" x 8 1/4" x 14"
