    Temperature dial is semi-functional/damaged.
    in order to operate the item, as found during our tests, the dial must be pressed inwards while being turned to the desired temperature.
    Simply turning the dial results in the dial seeming as if it is loose and free spinning, and the hotplate will not turn on.
    Front panel light turns on when plate is active, and is considered in good condition.
