Eldon's Smokehouse Jerky Seasoning produces an excellent jerky taste with widespread appeal.

Seasons and Cures 20 lbs. of meat.

Ingredients:
Salt, corn syrup solids, spices, natural flavorings & natural smoke flavors.
Directions:
For 20 LBS: Combine 20 lbs meat strips, seasoning, cure packet & 2 1/2 quarts cold water; mix well. Refrigerate overnight to cure. Next day, remove from liquid, do not rinse; spread out on drying racks and dry in usual manner in smoker, oven or dehydrator.
For Ground Jerky:
Combine 20 lbs ground meat, seasoning, cure salt and 1/2 -1 cup cold water; knead well roll out 1/8 - 3/16" thick patties between 2 sheets plastic wrap; or shoot out strips using a jerky gun. Refrigerate overnight to cure; next day, dry in usual manner.
