One of the signs if fully and easily functional and in used condition.
The other sign is used and takes some effort to get the legs deployed.  A little bit of hammering and spray lube should get the less expensive sign back up to full and easy function.

Breaking this one out from the other group and selling it cheaper because 2 of the legs didn't come down when I tried.  Full disclosure..I didn't try very hard!!  Plus at the top you can see there is a little bit of a bend.  I bet with some "persuasion" you can get this thing working again.
