The movie was released in 2000, assume display was issued later that year before Christmas, or in 2001.
From the pictures on the display instructions, you used this same display for any of the 24, 48 or 96 unit displays
Very cool, rare Ariel, Disney and The Little Mermaid collectible.
Comes in the original plastic wrapped packaging it was issued in.  There may be a small hole or two in plastic.
