The mushroom Sinus Lift Instrument is designed to allow surgeon to elevate the membrane according to fixture length and desirable height.
The Cobra is designed to lift the membrane after loosening with the Mushroom.  Maximum elevation is possible with this instrument.
After membrane elevation, the Spreader & Condenser are used to perform bone grafting in lifted space and packing the sinus area. The Spreader is used to move bone laterally.
Condenser is used for packing of the bone into the sinus.
