This small yet versatile remote controller fits in the palm of your hand
and can control up to eight individual devices or eight groups of devices. It can also be wall mounted, used in your car with a visor clip or sit on a coffee table with a tabletop stand (accessories sold separately). Internal lithium battery charges via USB and typically lasts between 9-12 months between charges with average usage. This 8-scene version of the mini-remote allows full control of up to 8 individual INSTEON devices or scenes.  Once programmed, a single press of a button will toggle the device/scene on or off, while pressing and holding the button will brighten or dim the device/scene.

Required Accessories
A micro-USB charging cable (not included) is required to charge the Mini Remote. With the cable you can charge by plugging into a computer USB port or into a USB power adapter.
If the INSTEON device you intend to control does not receive RF signals (i.e., single-band power-line only), you will need at least one dual-band INSTEON device to convert the RF signals to power-line signals.
