    White Peppercorns
    8 oz
    White peppercorns are actually a byproduct of a black peppercorn. When mature, black peppercorns are soaked in running water and the outer layer is rubbed away, a white peppercorn with subtler flavor results. Loved by the French, these are ground and used for cream sauces, clear broths and mashed potatoes.
    Storage
    Keep your peppercorns in a cool dry place away from sunlight or flourescent light.
    Either use a mason jar with an air tight seal, or my preferred method of vacuum packing. Personally, I feel vacuum packaging provides a far superior result as you can separate into many packs that can remain untouched until it’s time to open.
