Description
Description:I offer this system for testing and tuning of different types of automation control alghorithms.
It can serve for education purposes, for identification of mechatronic systems, for learning of basics in microcomputer programming, for students or children interested in automation/electro/programming. System is also suitable as a topic of master thesis.
System is controlled by microcontroller
Arduino
Mega 2560 (or UNO). Upper plate is mounted by
two-axis joint and tilt is controlled by
2 HI- TECH
servo motors
(X and Y axis). Cabels are connected to breadboard of middle size and allows to connect additional LED diods or additional accesories. Ball on the plate can follow 4 trajectories that can be selected by manual joystick. Speed of the ball is controlled by joystick as well. Position of the ball is measured by 8.4" touchscreen.
Assembly parts are printed by 3D printer, system is possible to assembly/disassembly easy and quickly. Is minimized using of screws. In package is
everything needed for assembly

System is controlled by alghorithm of
PID
controller, after demand can be distributed LQ controller. Predictive control is possible to middle point of touchscreen currently.
