Grains of Paradise is technically referred to as Aframomum melegueta and is know also as melegueta pepper, alligator pepper, Guinea grains, ossame, Guinea pepper or fom wisa
Its similar to cardamom (which we offer) but has and added pleasant pepper flavor. Ours is extremely fresh.
Its often called for when making Moroccan tajines or brewing Belgian beers.
