Our plants are not grown in indoor nursery, they are grown on the open ground under ‘California Sun’ all year around and protected under daily personal care.

We charge the same postage to the customers what the USPS charges to us for a single order where we use our standard packaging. Plus we have to drive to post office for the right postage and sometime for the tracking number where we count our labor time. If you order 5 Quantity, we will ship by USPS Priority Mail.

Just like all other leaves on the plants, the colors of these leaves are changed naturally according to the season. So the color of the leaves never remain uniform every time. For that reason the actual product does not match the image all the times. If you want to buy this product, you need to understand this fact as we have ‘No return and No refund’ Policy.
OUR REFUND POLICY:
As this item is not economical to return, we do not give any refund or shipping charge refund. We do not provide any return shipping label. However if you wish to return, you have to pay your own shipping charge and return it. We will give you refund only for the product, not the shipping charge paid by us when we have shipped the order or the shipping charge paid by you. If it is free shipping, means we have added shipping charge in the price which will be on the shipped envelope (USPS stamps).
We ship all our orders by USPS First Class Mail to your confirmed shipping address provided with the order. For each order, we provide the USPS Tracking number so you can track your order. Once the tracking number shows that your item is delivered means it is delivered. If the tracking number shows that your order is delivered and you say ‘you didn’t get it’, we are not responsible for it and we do not provide any refund for that order.
