    Description

    Wonderful pair of late Georgian old Sheffield plated candlesticks stand 7 3/4" tall on 4 3/4" diameter bases, extending to about 10" tall. Beautifully made circa 1825 in Sheffield England, the candlesticks are richly decorated with gadroon borders, and are handsome survivors. In as found estate condition, there are small dings, plate wear, and one candlestick will need some help to stay extended, but overall, impressive antique candlesticks. Unmarked, the bases have long lost their green felt coverings, all of which can probably be improved upon.
    Great antiques to add to a collection, the candlesticks are offered with out reserve.
