Description
Many people have asked for a hotter blend which I completed one at a time. Since I've had so many requests, I decided to just make a 2nd HOTTER blend (more of my hottest peppers). If you want REALLY Hot then try my pure pepper powders. My name is John Lee. I love hot peppers. I have a small organic farm in Boring,
Oregon
(a place, not a state of mind) where I grow many varieties of hot peppers for personal use and have actually gotten a little carried away with the number of plants.
I eat hot peppers everyday. Every pepper has a distinctive taste and it is just not about hot. However, I also love hot and have been able to seed select and develop growing methods over the years to create the hottest of each variety I grow. I harvest my peppers, dehydrate them after seeding & stemming, and then fine grind or powder each variety separately. I then combine portions of each to make my special blend. Everyone that I’ve given this too asks for more and they have even told me that I should sell it---so here you go.
My special blend includes: seven types of Habaneros (Trinidad Scorpion, Carolina Reaper, Japanese Lantern, red Savina, two Caribbean, and different Ghost-Bhut Jolokia); two Scotch Bonnets (Jamaican and Caribbean); Sorrento; an orange Sorrento (hybridized by me with a Bulgarian Carrot); Bulgarian Carrot; Jalapeño; Cherry Bomb; black Goat Weed; Thai; Caribbean Bell, and Salsa peppers. The grind can be used in soups, sauces, on meat or fish, popcorn or almost anything to “spice-up” and add incredible flavor.
You are buying a 1 OZ (28 gram) bag of Boring John’s Hot Pepper Grind.
