    25 RED SCOTCH BONNET PEPPER PODS
    An amazing result this year, Kentucky climate is well suited for peppers and this year conditions have been excellent
    These pods were picked fresh  from our 2021 Garden and the drying process began immediately. Oven dried at 170 degrees for 3 hours and then placed in the dehydrator at progressively lower temps to retain color and flavor. Nearly a two day process. These came from our 2021 Harvest. The feedback and messages we receive from our buyers is Amazing. Only our best pods were selected and color is beautiful.
