Description:
These Cinnamon sticks are of the Cassia variety.  Cinnamon sticks are made from the peeled bark of a tree and therefore will not dissolve in water.  However, when steeped in hot water the oils will escape from the stick and provide great flavor.  The sticks are cut to approximately 3”, however, there is some variation in the thickness.
