    Bratwurst Fresh Sausage Seasoning Spice Seasons 25 lbs. of Meat
    Eldon's Bratwurst Seasoning produces an excellent sausage.
    Use bulk style in patties or for the best results stuff into 33-36MM natural hog casings.
    Seasons 25 lbs. of meat.

    Ingredients: Salt, Spices, White Pepper, Coriander, Thyme, Nutmeg, Savory, Clove Extracts, BHA (0.98%), Propyl Gallate (0.30%) & Citric Acid added to protect flavor.
    Combine 25lbs. ground meat (85% lean to 15% fat), 2 cups ice water, seasoning & for a true Bratwurst taste add 2 whole eggs & 2/3 cup ice cold milk in large mixing tub; knead well.
    Stuff into 33-36mm hog casings; twist into 6" links or form into patties.
    Bake, broil, fry or grill in usual manner.
    Package & store remainder of sausage in freezer up to 1 year.
    For 1 lb: Use 2 rounded tsps. for each 1 lb. of meat.
