    Description

    Very nice pair of Old Sheffield Plate candlesticks. The bobeches at some point were
    removable but seem to be stuck--
    I don't want to force them and do damage.
    Inside each candle holder is a triangle and "1375".
    These are the only marks.
    Each candlestick measures 7 3/8" tall with a 3.5" x 4 3/8" base.
    The felt under-lining is long gone on one and only some fabric left on the other.
    I tried to photograph them in different lights.
    There are some small dings and scratches, normal considering the age.
    They have a nice heft to them, a good feel and a lovely luster with some
    copper showing through on most of the raised areas, edges and corners.
