    A fine early American coin silver serving spoon by famed Philadelphia silversmith Harvey Lewis.  Harvey Lewis, 1783-1835,  was active between 1805-1827.  The spoon bears the family crest of the Flecher (AKA Fletcher) family,  and may have been made for Louis Flecher (AKA Fletcher) who arrived in Philadelphia in 1795.  The spoon is 9 1/2" long with decent weight to it,  approx. 2.5 ounces. In very good condition with a light polish. Guaranteed to be as described.
