    Description

    Up for auction is a wonderful antique Candelabra made in Germany by Otto Wolter of Schwabisch Gmund which is located in the Wurttemberg area of Germany.  Otto Wolter was in the silver business from 1875-1991.  When I purchased this piece, it was very tarnished.  I gave it a light polishing and it really brought out the beauty of it.  It will hold 3 candles and it has a center vase for flowers of your choice.  The candleholders are about  9" apart.  This is not a weighted piece.  It is light and I did not find any dents.  I assume it is silverplate - because it is stamped Alpacca.  I could not read the work under the makers mark.  Silver or not, it is very beautiful.
