Fan has apparently been used frequently over the past 80-90 years.  The handle is bent and has a crease and tear on both sides of the piece, there is a tiny hole at the top of the piece where I guess it hung on a nail?  It has discolored with age and some marks and stains around the top and the dog and border.  A small tear on the border
