WHY WE SHIP THE BALLS DELFATED?
The
Safety Regulations
of FedEx, DHL, UPS and many other courier services
REQUIRE
that all sports balls (soccer, basketball, etc) be
DEFLATED
when shipping the product via AirMail. A fully inflated ball at sea level will burst due to a change in air pressure.
All hand-stitched or machine-stitched balls must
avoid
putting unnecessary pressure. More air pressure on the already-inflated balls can damage the ball's stitching, which can lead to warping and eventually bursting.
HOW TO INFLATE THE SOCCER BALL?
An air vacuum can be created inside the ball when deflated. Before inserting the pump needle, pinch the needle hole panel with one hand, then pull out the opposite side of the ball with your other hand to make air space for the needle to be inserted. When inserting the needle, be careful not to puncture the ball bladder.

If an item is not in stock when the order is placed, our Specialists will notify and issue a full refund back to the original payment method.

Exchanges & Returns:
For a full refund or exchange, please return the product within 30 days from the receipt of the original order.
Returns will only be accepted if product is in the
ORIGINAL
condition (new, unused and unwashed) with product tags attached in the original packaging. (If tags are unattached but still included in the returns, we will provide a partial refund)
Products CANNNOT be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of the original order.
Once return is received and inspected, a full refund is initiated immediately. We will send you a message once we have completed the refund process.
Refunds will be issued via PayPal. Please allow up to 10 business days for PayPal / Financial institutions to complete the refund process.
If you are not satisfied with the product, we would be happy to exchange it for a different size. We CANNOT exchange for a different color or a different item.
Cancellations:
Cancellation is accepted only if we didn’t ship the order. Once the item is shipped, we are no longer available to cancel the item. However, if you change your mind before shipping, please let us know and we will cancel the order.
