    Description

    AC Legg OP Teriyaki Snack Stick Seasoning 17 Ounce
    Suggested Directions: 25lbs meat, 2 lbs of water (or sub half water with
    liquid teriyaki sauce), 1 bag seasonings, 1 oz tinted curing salt (optional
    addition encapsulated citric acid to extend shelf life). Coarse grind meat
    through 1 inch plate. Add non meat ingredients (excluding citric acid), mix
    until tacky. Fine grind through 1/8th inch plate. Mix optional citric acid and
    stuff in to 18-21mm casings
