    Unused Condition
    Vince grew up in Chelsea, MA. graduated from Chelsea High School in 1940 and then entered the US Naval Academy at Annapoolis, MD from which he graduated in 1943 in the first class which was accelerated because of the need for officers early in World War II. Over the next thirty years, he saw service on many ships and stations throughtout the world in the course of WWII, Korea and Vietnam until his retirement from the Navy in July 1973.
